Revelation 17 : 3 says”3 Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.”
The woman sitting on the Beast (that is the Beast out of the Sea)(Islamic Empire Beast)(Refer Beast out of the Sea(ANTICHRIST) post regarding this). Look below at the image. The European Union in orange colour looks like a woman which is sitting on the Arab Muslim league in green (that is the beast out of the sea). Finland and Sweden are looking hair of the woman hiding the face (Baltic Sea). Rest of the countries consists the body of the woman.

Revelation 17 : 1-2 says “One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, who sits by many waters. 2 With her the kings of the earth committed adultery, and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries.””
Prostitution is legal in almost all of the European Union countries.
Revelation 17 : 4 says “4 The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries.“
The woman was dressed in Purple and Scarlet (Red). According to Catholic Church tradition, Cardinals wore Scarlet Red robes and Bishops wore Purple robes. Look into the below link for your reference.

Revelation 17 : 5 says “5 The name written on her forehead was a mystery:

THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES
AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”
At the tower of babel (Babylon) the people started building a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that they may make a name for themselves. Therefore God confused the common language of the people so that they all spoke in different languages. Europe, eventhough has more 24 official languages, is united through the European Union (EU) (Babylon). They have open borders and common currency (Euro). They think they have power to do anything since they are united as EU.

Look at the architecture of the EU parliament in Starsbourg. It is looking like an unfinished building. Same as the Tower of Babel.
From Europe, Prostitution spread to all the European colonised countries such as Canada, USA, Mexico, Australia, Brazil, Argentina and nearly most of South America. This is the ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
Revelation 17 : 6 says “6 I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of God’s holy people, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus.”

Persecuted by the French Catholic government during a violent period, Huguenots fled the country in the 17th century, creating Huguenot settlements all over Europe, in the United States and Africa.
The Thirty Years’ War was a 17th-century religious conflict fought primarily in central Europe. It remains one of the longest and most brutal wars in human history, with more than 8 million casualties resulting from military battles as well as from the famine and disease caused by the conflict. The war lasted from 1618 to 1648, starting as a battle among the Catholic and Protestant states that formed the Holy Roman Empire but later grew into a conflict about who will govern Europe.
Revelation 17 : 6-8 says “When I saw her, I was greatly astonished. 7 Then the angel said to me: “Why are you astonished? I will explain to you the mystery of the woman and of the beast she rides, which has the seven heads and ten horns. 8 The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and yet will come up out of the Abyss and go to its destruction. The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beast, because it once was, now is not, and yet will come.”

Revelation 17 : 9 says “9 “This calls for a mind with wisdom. The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits.“

From the verse above, we can say that the woman sits on seven hills. The famous example for city of seven hills is Rome. The woman (EU) geographically sits on country of Italy whose capital is Rome. Look at the image for your reference.
Revelation 17 : 10-14 says “10 They are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; but when he does come, he must remain for only a little while. 11 The beast who once was, and now is not, is an eighth king. ISIS IN EUROPE
Revelation 17 : 15-16 says “15 Then the angel said to me, “The waters you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages. 16 The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire.17 For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish his purpose by agreeing to hand over to the beast their royal authority, until God’s words are fulfilled.”
The above verse says that the beast and the ten horns will hate the prostitute(Woman) and bring her to ruin, leaving her naked and burning her with fire. The beast (ISIS-Islamic empire)(Refer Beast out of the Sea(ANTICHRIST) post regarding this) will hate the woman (Europe) and attack her.
There was a rise in Islamic terrorist incidents in Europe after 2014. We have seen that the beast (ISIS) hates the woman (Europe). But the ten horns also hate the woman (Europe). Who are the ten horns? I have already discussed this in the Beast out of the Sea post. The ten kings could be the out of countries like Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Bahrain, Morocco, Iraq, Algeria, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Iran, Turkey and Sudan (All are Muslim majority countries). Look at the image of the ten horns(countries) shown in the map.
The ten horns (countries) surround around the Mediterranean Sea and have access to the borders of Europe(Woman). It is through them the Migrants were set loose on their journey to Europe during the European migrant crisis that started in 2015 till date. Due to war and conflict in their countries, the conditions were inhospitable for life to sustain. The countries of origin of the migrants are given below (Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Albania, Iraq and so on). Most of the migrants are of Muslim majority countries.

Revelation 17 : 12-13 says “12 “The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast. 13 They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast. “
Due to the Arab spring in 2010-2011, ten horns (leaders) were appointed in a short span. Only after these ten leaders came to power did the Migrant crisis start. These ten leaders must have supported migrants in their migration to Europe. So the ten horns and the beast (ISIS) hate the woman(Europe). When the antichrist who has faked his death (to imitate christ) comes back to power, the Muslims will believe that he is sent from their God. And so a Jihad revolution may overtake a migrant-overwhelmed Europe.
Revelation 17 : 17 says “17 For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish his purpose by agreeing to hand over to the beast their royal authority, until God’s words are fulfilled.“
The above verse says that it is God’s will that the beast (ISIS) is given power so that God’s purpose may be fulfilled.(Punishment of Europe?)
Revelation 17 : 18 says “18 The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth.”
The above verse says that the woman is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth. The woman sits on Rome geographically. Rome could the great city that rules the world. But isn’t it AMERICA? No, because USA will lose its superpower status after World War 3 (Sixth Trumpet War-Refer the THE SEVEN TRUMPETS post).
Pope Francis/Jesuits (False prophet)(Refer the Beast out of the Earth(False Prophet) post regarding this) will mostly head and control the new world order.He will reform the world’s military, economy and religion after a devastating World War 3. The capital of New World will be Rome.
DESTRUCTION OF ROME
Revelation 18 : 1-3 says “‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!’ She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird,a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal. 3 For all the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries. The kings of the earth committed adultery with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries.”
Revelation 18 : 16 says “‘Woe! Woe to you, great city,
dressed in fine linen, purple and scarlet,
and glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls!”
Referring to Purple robes of Bishops and Scarlet robes of Cardinals.
Revelation 18 : 19 says “‘Woe! Woe to you, great city,
where all who had ships on the sea
became rich through her wealth!
In one hour she has been brought to ruin!’”
Rome is a coastal city. Thus we can confirm that the destruction mentioned in Revelation 18 is about Rome.
Revelation 17 : 17 says “17 For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish his purpose by agreeing to hand over to the beast their royal authority, until God’s words are fulfilled.“
Since Rome is the capital of the New World, ISIS (beast) and the 10 horns will capture and destroy Rome.
COME OUT OF BABYLON
Revelation 18 : 4 says ” 4 Then I heard another voice from heaven say:“‘Come out of her, my people,’ so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues; 5 for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes. 6 Give back to her as she has given;pay her back double for what she has done. Pour her a double portion from her own cup.“
UK (United Kingdom) was part of European Union until 2015. In June 2016,a UK-wide referendum occured in which 52% voted to leave and 48% voted to remain in the EU, the UK Government which was then led by Theresa May formally announced the country’s withdrawal on 29 March 2017, beginning the Brexit process (Withdrawal of the United Kingdom (UK) from the European Union (EU)). The verse says “Come out of her, my people, so that you will not share in her sins.”. Meaning come out of Europe-EU so that you will not share in her sins.
CONCLUSION
Prostitute/Woman is Europe/EU. Rome will be world capital after WW3. ISIS-Islamic Empire (Beast out of the Sea) will conquer Europe/EU/Rome (Babylon).
